The Filesie Story
What have we done so far?
Over the years, the company went through several drastic transitions. We have withdrawn our offerings from multiple services and solutions to one. Focusing on Growth, driven by the inbound way. Transitioning from the traditional digital marketing company to growth driven, results driven to inbound, providing our customers with workable and maintainable strategies. This journey helped us learn and experience success. Our customer success is our greatest achievement.
September 2013 to January 2014 ā Started as a sole proprietor firm ā Acquired Filesie.com in a private Auction. Sent out 1000ās of Cold email sequences to all our friends, well-wishers, colleagues and to few businesses on referral emails. We finally closed 10 deals. Few with no pay, few with high pay and few for charity.
February 2014 to December 2017 – Incorporated filesie in 2014. Started working from Regus Co-work zone. Established robust work from home process and culture. We learnt different marketing scenarios and its outcome, documented. Word of mouth marketing helped to get clients with zero investment. Those initial cold email marketing worked for us.
January 2018 to March 2020 ā Moved to our dedicated office with the capacity of 50 people. Our investment on people, process, partnerships & continuous learning helped us to win multiple awards. Travelled across Europe, middle east, far-east for new acquisitions. Reached 400-mark client projects.
March 2020 to till date – Added new verticals, new collaborations, recuring new clients across the globe, recurring income. New collaboration models explored and implemented. Happy staff as they got to work from home during these pandemic times š

Saikalyan Chakravarthy Anupindi
Founder & CEO
Kalyan, a passionate first-generation digital entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing. Graduated from the University of Portsmouth (MSc Strategic Business), he strongly believes in the āCustomer Firstā approach.
In his role as a CEO role, he evaluates his metrics on how happy employees are, how healthy the business is. He also spends time with the team to understand whether weāre delivering business impact for clients. He also works on the personal capacity to nurture Filesie to grow into an international brand.
He also spends time talking to employees and ensure that the working environment is promising, positive & inviting.
A traveler at heart, travels a lot to meet people, network, possible collaborations, get partnerships and most importantly get new clients š.
